The City of Lake Oswego's newest community park is Hazelia Field at Luscher Farm. It features the city's first artificial turf athletic field, a 1.5-acre wetland, two dog parks, a playground, restroom facilities, a parking lot, and trail access to the Stafford Basin Trail, which was just completed. The park is the first city park facility in the Stafford Basin region, which is also known as the Stafford Basin. Since 1990, there have been over 125 acres of open space and parks added to the City's portfolio in the Stafford Basin. The community was long anticipating Hazelia Field's construction at Luscher Farm, which was dedicated in April 2008.

The Luscher Farm Dog Park, also known as Hazelia Dog park or Lake Oswego Dog Park, is a public dog park on the Hazelia Field at Luscher Farm in West Linn, Oregon. The community park includes playgrounds, an athletic field, public toilets, plenty of parking spaces, and approximately one-and-a-half acres of wetlands in addition to the dog park.

The park features various pathways that are open to the public, but if you want to enjoy the lovely paths together, make sure your dog is leashed. The Luscher Farm Dog Park is a popular and highly-rated dog park due on account of its well-designed layout, which includes two separate areas where dogs can run freely without being restrained by their owners' yards. The north park area is one acre in size and is exclusive to small dog breeds and hesitant dogs. The second dog run is near the parking lot, and it measures one-and-a-half acres in length, making it ideal for huge dogs.

The small dog area at Lake Merritt Dog Park is particularly tiny, allowing for plenty of leash-free fun and exercise. The park is grassy, surrounded by nature and greenery, and there are many growing trees in the off-leash areas that provide plenty of shaded areas where dogs may cool down. There are water fountains, drinking bowls, and kiddie pools available in the park to keep the four-legged visitors hydrated.

However, make sure to bring a towel for your dog since the park's terrain is made up of grass and dirt, and the water spigot area becomes muddy. The Hazelia Field fenced Luscher Farm Dog Park offers garbage cans and free waste bag dispensers, so please do your best to clean up after your dog to keep this park clean. In addition, there are public restrooms nearby just in case you spend the day here!
